| i started using whey protein,creatine, nos,aminos,multivitamins and cod liver oil all bought at walmart and its been almost 2 months and i can tell you that i have seen very good results,i don't have the money to buy expensive stuff ,so i get all the information possible on anything i take ,it is all working really good for me ,i also follow a diet, get plenty of sleep and drink lots of water ,read a lot ,inform yourself and don't be afraid to ask other pleople. |

| I too have been using alot of walmart stuff except for L Glutamine. The Glutamine I can tell from the cheap to the quality stuff. I feel it more after my workouts. The cheap stuff I wake up sore and with the good quality stuff I MIGHT wake up alittle sore. Just my opinion. as far as Protein and creatine vitamins ect. I think its the same. |

| I don;t think theres a heap of difference between cheap vitamins and expensive ones - after all they by law provide what they say they provide in their packaging. Ie 2 brans may say they have x amount of b6 with b7 and they differ in proce - I would go for the cheap one. Prices may vary as certain brands have more of a name, some of them have fancier packaging, may be imported, some are being greedy and trying to make more profit etc etc |
