whats your diet? I seriously think you should tell us your bf% and get tested by anyone and dont lie! Then we can tailor your diet and cardio regime to get therre faster than any other fatloss remedy. I been using CLA, shredded mass by pinnacle, and some generic brand from gnc because it was like 10.00 dollars a bottle. I'm a firm believer in stacking more with other fatloss agents than just sticking to one however you dont know which one works. Anyhow this is probably a good tool for everyone:

If your basal metabolic rate is around 3500 with cardio and weights you should be aroun 2500-3000/day alternating between high, low and mid cal range. Once you get tested if you say hypothetically you weigh:

200lbs and you are at 10% you have 20lbs of fat. 1lb of fat is = 3500 cals

20X3500= 70,000 cals overweight of fat.

at 4mph you burn 460cals an hour at 200lbs

Its said that for every 5lbs you lose you lose 2-3lbs of muscle so your protein should be highier than normal so you are using the protein consumed not the protein earned. I dont think you people are listening here, diet before supplements and gear.

ok, my bmr according to Discovery Health's calculator is 2678.8 Im 19, be 20 in 2 weeks, weigh around 285 and my bf% is between 20 and 21%. I have cleaned up my diet to as follows:

Breakfast-
2 whole eggs and 2-4 whites, 1 piece of toast, fruit, hydroxycut and fish oil

Mid morning-
Protein shake

Lunchtime-
Chicken breast or tuna on bread, fruit and protein shake

Mid afternoon-
Chicken breast and protein shake

Dinner-
Chicken breast with veggies and/or fruit

Pre-workout (depending on when I can get it in)- protein shake and hydroxycut hardcore

I do cardio in the morning and after weights, workout bout 6 days a week. I post on here because I want help and I think im doing things right but nobody ever posts back so here it goes. Hopefully someone can tell me what im doing wrong so that I can CHANGE it and get back to working on it.

Canni, according to what you said, I believe I have about 50 to 60 pounds of overweight fat. It needs to go, I have had 5 knee surgeries on the same leg, played football, wrestled, and did track and field. Now that thats over, I need to get this weight off, Id like to bodybuild, but not with the body I have now, I know its a lifestyle change, I dont want a quick fix, I want some ****ing help so I dont stay like this for the rest of my life. Thank you to anyone that will help me

I know this sounds crazy but youre going to have to go onto www.fitday.com and itemize that stuff to see what you % of carbs, starchy or fiborous, how many cals, grams of protein because I cant read this. You sound frustrated buddy here is some love.

ok canni, all of that comes out to be 1931 cals, 35 fat, 39 carbs, 353 protein. Is this good, or do I need to change it, thx for being helpful

Personally, your diet should never be the same. IT should like rotate to keep your metabolism changing, if that makes sense to you. By the time you are low on glycogen levels you should be doing a carb load for a day or two, which should be clean and slightly higher than your BMR. So at 2000 cals/day you will maintain your current body composition because I'm guessing you haven't changed anything in like a few months? Unless youre cheating on your diet a few days a week. IF your diets the same I would just add more cardio like 1 hour of high intensity training
