| Hello, I am 19, 125lbs, 5'10" I just picked up this mass xxx crap because i tried whey protein for a while and it didnt do anything, and the 2200 calorie wieght gainer filled me up too much that i couldnt eat and made me shit like crazy. I do not have free wieghts or money to go to a gym so I just do different style pushups, pull ups, and situps. I was told to eat every two hours, and yesterday was my first try at that, let me know if this is correct or if I need to eat more/ differently: 10am- french toast + bacon 12pm: banana + shake 2pm: ham + cheese sandwhich 4pm: cheese and crackers 6pm: cheeseburger 8pm: brownies 10pm: ice cream. How is that? What can i do differently? What kind of excersize can I do? Im very scrawny and want to gain some muscle/weight. Thanks for your help. |

| Oh ya, and when I work out, my muscles get very tired and after about 15 minutes they get very tired and shakey to the point where i can barely do more pushups. Heres what I can do at my buddys house for bench press: 90lbs 15 times, quick break, then 90lbs 12 times, break, then 90lbs 9 times, then my muscles are way to tired to lift again. Is it possible for me to overttrain or something if i push myself too hard? It shouldnt be a problem though since your supposed to work out for like an hour 5 days a weak or something right? If someone could give me some guidlines Id be very greatful, because Im getting a bench in here tomorow to start lifting, and doing curls and stuff. Im too scrawny and weak and its summer time, I want to feel comfortable walking around the beach and not like some scrawnyass kid. |

| first you need a little bit of money for supplements,food,vitamins,and the gym fee, most places charge an average of $19 and up ,it would be worth it to get a job if you don't have one,there is a lot of good gaining diets here that you can follow,eating bacon ,brownies and cheese sandwiches will put you in the hospital instead of helping you, some supplements may give you the shits or taste bad but they are there to help you bulk up,i myself started skinny and i am looking forward to the summer ,my gains keep getting better , just follow the directions on this site and you will get great results , also you may need some creatine for more energy when you work out. |
