| Would taking just these do anything? I want lean out and gain muscel. And I read that a cycle of these would do that. I was just wondering about this because i do not want to take injectables. Thanks and sorry if this is a dumb question. |

| winny will not make u lean and add mucle diet and cardi owill determine if u gain muscle and fat or lean up.... mostly diet if oyur gonna od a cycle do it right and inject |
