I'm an individual predisposed to hair loss that i prefer not to further aggravate. i'm not looking to get huge and hardcare, just add a few pounds of muscle and tone up. What should i use that will provide some results cost effectively, yet is not likely to worsen the hair situation? Thanks!

What I would recomend for hair is this: First of all by the sounds of it, you haven't lost much hair so far, only you have MPB in your family.... You should get on propecia or proscar, prescribed from your doctor to prevent the problem from occurring in the frist place. What I would also recomend, you use for shampoo is: Day 1) Nizoral %2 Shampoo Day 2) Any Biotin Shampoo day 3) Nioxin Shampoo Day 4) Any Biotin Shampoo then repeat. Nizoral and Nioxin should not be taken every day, simply once or twice a week is SPLENTY. Also remember hair is very fragile when wet, so even though when you come out of the shower, and want to style it there, dont. Wait until its dry. It is common to lose 40-80 hairs a day. If you start to notice bald spots already, use minoxidil to possibly help regrow the hair loss.

Food would be the best result, but you can take vitamins such as Biotin and soy protien to help the hair situation.
