I have always been a long cycle guy 16-18 on and 8-10 off, but I am intrested in everyones thoughts on what is most important. I wanted to try a 5 on and 4 off, but didnt know if I would be too close or not. Any thoughts?

time on = time off as a general rule of thumb....basically i prefer high ass doses for moderate durations (10-15 weeks) everyone has their own preference, and what works for you best, ya should stick to it....

just make sure ya get tons of food in! :D

I had always done that or close to it and thought I could do better over all by trying a few short cycles to keep my gains and then fire it back again. Since the cycle usually stays with you 2-3 weeks after I was worried the 5-5 might not be long enough off? I can say this is my 3rd week and I am just starting to feel hard again and seeing some gains in vascularity(SP). DONT want to stop..hehe. I have never had any liver enzyme problems while on the long cycles unless using Orals so was just trying to get some ideas for something new. I am getting my strength back quick now, after all that time off from my surgery, I thought I was doomed, now its all coming back. I got 245 on my bench monday for 25 reps, which is pretty good for me. I have tried not to go to heavy yet (405 tops) as to keep injury down. But cant wait to max... And I am only doing 400mg of cyp a week. Figured after all that time off this was a safe start. Receptors should be good and clean..lol.
