| Okay, it's been 6 weeks now and i'm off the winny and about 30 clens. Unfortunately it did not help me lose the spare tire around my stomach like i was hoping. It did definitely help cut me up quite a bit. I've been hitting the gym up 6 days a week for the past 6 weeks. My routine has been 45min. - 1 hour of weight training and 20-40 minutes of cardio (usually stairmaster). I didn't really lose or gain that much weight as i'm still around 196 lbs and i'm 6'3". I definitely lost a little fat and put on some muscle. I'm very suprised that i haven't lost the extra fat in my gut and waist. I've always had a good diet eating mostly shakes for breakfast, sushi or salad for lunch and stir-fry for dinner. And with working so hard i figured it'd be gone for sure. Can anyone offer any more advice as to what i can do at this point? I want to lose the gut but i'm concerned that if i make it my focus that i might lose the gains that i've worked so hard for over the past 6 weeks. Any advice would be greatly apprecaited. Thanks! | Only way you are gonna lose/gain weight is by eating better. You are only eating 3 times a day. You need to double that. Spread your cals over the whole day not just in 3 meals. Eating every 2 hours will bump up your metabolisim. Also can try adding in some low to medium intensity morning cardio on an empty stomach.This works awsome for many. Although you need to becareful cause it cause you to lose some LBM also. These are my reccomendations i am sure others might have some more. |

| morning cardio on an empty stomach really works. take that advice . I get great results from it. Stir fry, sushi,....lose some of the carbs and get more protein spread out through the day. did you run winny alone? |

| Yeah, i ran just the winny. A friend gave me 30 clenbuterols which i took 1 every other day. I'm defintiely going to take the advice of cardio on an empty stomach and spreading meals throughout the day. How about choices for meals? How close do i need to wacth every calorie and every gram of fat? I'm also thinking about going back on Hydroxycut to help boost metabolism and slightly decrease appitite. Also, i'm going to be trying a cycle of sustanon for size after i manage to get rid of my spare tire. Any other tips on getting rid of this damn thing? It's not that bad, but it's there. |

| when takin clen u should start with 2 a day divided morning and night first week then 3tabs week 3 and so onuntil week 6 and then tapering same way back or u cuold try ephedra but eating right is nr 1 it doesnt matter what pills u eat if the carbs aint right 5-6 meals a day at least plus some shakes good luck |
