| hey what do you guys think about this first cycle ok stats 6'3 195 i eat good. I would like to be 230 give or take with definition. wk 1-10 Test E 500-750mgwk/equipose400-600mgwk About 1-2 weeks after my last injection of EQ i will take 50mg of Clomid each day and 500mg of Tribulus Terrestris twice per day for 3 weeks. Do you think i really kneed the tribulus to to help keep all the gains or just clomid or what do you think inplace of tribulus. INput please thanx :screwy: |

| i eat good You do? Arent you the one who said you eat chips pizza and soda? Bro please take everyones warning and dont use. You are 6'3 and 195. You could easily gain 30 lbs with a good diet in a decent time.And have a much better chance of keeping the gains. If you run this cycle eating the way you do and having no idea on how to do PCT and how to eat during the cycle or during PCT you will lose any gains you "MIGHT" achieve.You are wasting youe money. I am not sure what part of any of these posts do you not understand. People who do what you are about to do are why AAS gets a bad rap. Do you have any clue on the half lives of any of these compounds? AAS isnt a supplement.Its not some pill you take in the morning with your multivitamin bro. This will be the last time i try and "HELP" you not hurt yourself because its obvious you arent listening and could careless what i or anyone else says. | i agree with kgressler....obviously you are listening to the wrong people...you will end up hurting yourself in the long run, and i dont want to be any part of it really...i honestly give up since ive offered you all the help i can give you, and you are thinking that steroids will give you what you want....STEROIDS ONLY GIVE YOU RESULTS AS YOUR DIET DICTATES IT....YOU WILL NOT GET RIPPED NOR BIG IF YOUR DIET IS NOT PUTTING WEIGHT ON YOU. | i tell you i know how to do the right pct ive done a shit load of research, and i have freinds that are kind of guiding me one who is a bodybuilder i am just asking other peoples opinions on cycle info and no your wrong about, if your diet doesnt make you grow then steroids wont,thats the hole reason most people take it is because eating just isnt getting them the results,legal suplements either done it all, Ive taken d-bol before eat like i do right now and gained 15 lbs hmmmmmmmmmmm lets see eating alot of calories did a good thing for me while on dbol only, prob be better on test and equi right??!!! my metabolism is so fast that if i eat and maintane 6,000 calories a day i might gain 1or2lbs ever week or so maybe. All steroids do is makes the food more useful to the muscle, my entire life my muscles have been gettting nothing that i eat, because of my genetics.Steroids change that, thats why they are chemicals, they alter the way your body normally would except protein, and calories is this not true if so explain to me. Im not trying to snap at you i am just frustrated that you guys dont even know how hard i have tryed to gain weight without it and i am going to take steroids my second time but this time is going to be my first actuall cycle that i watch the amount of days weeks pct, etc so please just help me im going to take no matter what i know I cant get bigger by just eating my genetics wont allow it taken d-bol worked so just asking what you think about the posted cycle, if i kill my self i kill my self doubt it though considering that its all within reasonable mg's please just tell me what you think of the cycle Thanx :banghead: |

| dude...you dont realize this....the majority of us ahve the shittiest genetics like you do...trust me...i bust my ass off in the gym and in the kitchen and i still manage to put on weight. if 6000 calories a day dont work...eat 8000 calories then....you are just using steroids to get away from eating more. 15 lbs on dbol is a god given bro...its water bloat! hell i can eat one meal a day and still put on 15lbs on dbol.... |

| im 20, 6'2, 293lbs....and all i do is eat my ass of all day....train three times a week and i have the worst genetics on earth when it comes to gaining mass.. |

| well just tell me what you think of the cycle ill still eat my 6,000 calories a day plus 1gprotien per lb body weight but on that cycle posted, what do you think i will gain my freind who is a body builder says around 25 hard pounds not puffy. with the equi, shreds you whil you get big . But you obviously dont have bad geneitcs if you are 293lbs and only 20 that means youve only actually been abel to work out prob 3 years, safely since we as humans arent suposed to actually hit the weights hard until 16 to 18 yrs. becuase of growht problems. You are talking out your ass if you have bad genetics haha 293 and 6,2 that sounds pretty good to me. |

| I dont think u need any gear I don;t have good genetics either and I went for 145 to aolmost 200 natty in 5 years at 5'10 and could have gained more if i knew what I know now naturally. and who ever told said you can gain 25lbs and not get puffy is smoking crack. |
