Hi everyone,

Name:Joey
Age:26
Height:165cm
Weight:82kg

I've been liftn weights for bout 5 years now, and have turned up the heat in this last year (liftn heavier weights).
I'm weighing in at 82kg (5 years ago i weighed 60kg) and I want to get bigger, so this would be an excellent time to start.
I've just got my hands on 2 veils of deca 50 which i will hit for 10 weeks at 200mL per week.
A few questions come to mind:

Is there anything else i need to take before, during or after the cycle?
Is there a d-tox period that i have to go through after the cycle?
Do i need to take clomid?

If anyone can help i would greatly appreciate it.

Deca alone is going to add mostly water weight,you should look into adding test as your base in order to retain as much as you can after you come off.
Take MilkThistle for liver protection.

No worries bro, but should i take test on the same day i hit deca and for how long should i take it for?
oh yeah and another thing, how long after should i take clomid and for how long?

yes take test and deca together. Run a long ester like enanthate or cypionate @ 500mg a week. 250mg injects 2x a week. Clomid like regino said read Shortz clomid schedule he has either posted or in his signature.

Which is better clomid or Nolvadex? Can u get clomid in tablet form or does it just come as an injection?

Most people i know use clomid for PCT

They came in tabs also ;)

clomid comes in tablet or liquid form BUT the liquid is NOT for injections
