After finishing a cycle of M1T, and using Milk Thistle and 6-OXO for my post-cycle therapy. What kind of weight lifting schedule and eating habits should i stick to for my PCT to get the best results. Thanks-

Your milk thistle should have been used before during and after the cycle. And 6OXO isnt gonna work for PCT its like bringing a bandaid for a gun shot wound.
But to answer your question up your cals and lower your total volume and if you can keep your cardio to a minimum.Rest and diet are key. And dont do another cycle till you get some Nolva!

you should be lifting all year round if you are taking any bodybuilding supplements....
