| Hey everybody, I have been training for over 20 years. I was trained for 8 weeks by a professional body builder early on, who helped me learn the correct way to train. I did try a few cycles when I was younger, but have been natural for about 15 years. I am 6'4", 260 lbs, and I follow a very strict diet. At 41 years old, I really do not want to gain any more mass or strength, as my days of benching 405+ are over (my joints can't take it anymore). I would like some recomendations on a good cutting cycle. I train 1 1/2 hours, 4 times a week, with the rest going to cardio. I don't drink alcohol. But, I do realize that at my age, test levels are dropping. I really do not want to have to deal with Bitch tits or anything like that (my girlfriend has a nice rack, I really don't need one). I have been taking 50 mg's/day of Winny for 3 weeks now, and have noticed moderate strength gains and less abdominal fat, or water retention. Any advice or suggestions would be great. xcr |
