Hey... just starting Var... I started before then stopped...long story...but anyway I'm starting it again - 5mg/day tabs to start but will max at 15mg/day... but how long does it stay in your system? Need to know for possible testing.

Around 3 weeks, but i would play it safe and stop about 4-5 weeks out from testing if you know when it is going to occur... :thumbs:

ok here's another tricky part the comp i am entering is in about 6 weeks... will i see results quick enough to stop three weeks out?
Do I need to start with 1 pill a day for a week and slowly increase my dosage?

IMO, if its a tested comp, i wouldnt risk taking the var at this point....manupliate the diet as it is, and you should be able to hit the stage shredded along with some herbal dieuretics and so forth.
