I've taking stuff since I turned 19, i've took deca, d-bol, 2 or 3 types of test, so for 5'10 weighing 228lbs i've got some muscle. I want to know what I can take to help me lose about 15lbs of fat, but at the same time maintain or even a gain a little muscle. I can get 15 50mg vials of winnie, some cyp. and one 10ml 100mg of EQ. I want to start in 3 weeks and run the cyle for at least 7-8 weeks does anybody have some pointers.

Drugs will not help you burn the fat,well, the ones listed won't.Win will draw water out of the body and not burn fat.An illusion of thiness is the end result from the use of winny.
Diet is the key to losing fat.Along with cardio.Eq is good for lean gains.Cyp is great for a baseline.By losing the fat around certain areas you will/can look bigger.Hope that helps.

The only thing that steriods do in relation to getting "cut up" is help retain muscle. To get "cut up" it is all about diet. Once I have stagnated with my diet and the fat has stopped coming off is when I start the cardio and for me that is usually at about 8% BF.

Looking more into regino007 post he says the same thing about diet and cardio.

to directly answer your questions bro, yes diet is going to play the biggest part in this. Make sure you find your BMR and eat 3gm/lb of bodyweight protein. Main sources are going to be white meat chicken and egg whites. A little bit of steak here and there won't hurt either. Keep it real clean. Veggies are overrated as far as i'm concerned. U don't need them if u have a good multi-vitamin. now, figure your BMR minus the caloric intake from the protein. take this number and divide by 1/3. this will be the total amount of calories to be taken in from fat sources. The rest should be consumed from Carbohydrates. Slowly weed out one carb meal per day each week until the final week you are eating 0 carbs per day. As you do this you will take up either your fat or your protein. Don't worry about total calories because you will still be calorie difficient. It takes 25% Of the calories in a gram of protien to digest it.

Juice. u are going to need fast acting esters such as test suspension, winstrol, and test prop. This is where I am going to catch some heat but take as much as you can handle. even if that means 2 grams a week. The more test you have in your system, the less muscle you lose. PERIOD! don't let anyone tell you you're wasting it, better to waste test than to waste muscle that you've worked so hard for.

Finally, drink a ton of water and eat apples often.
