ok i see alot of people saying that first timers should try to reach there pull naturell potencial before starting a cycle.but couldnt you just go for it as long as your diet and traning are right and providing you have done your homework? what would be the possable sides\harm that would come from not reaching your natural potencial first?ill admit ive only been training for like 6 mos but anabols have always come to my mind as a short cut and i have been thinking about trying them. try not to harsh me too hard for being a compleate dumbass as i have been eating right and training 6 days per while doing most all of the things i see you talking about.not alot of improvement :banghead: i am also on the bsn mass stack program wich seems to be a waste of my cash

i know that 6mos isnt shit but the thing is im thinking to myself why would i want to spend 3 to 4 years getting the body i want when i could do it in 1?im currently stuck in iraq for another 9 mos but can get some sus.im currently tryin to get at least 3700 to 4000 cals a day and 225 to 250 gms of protien. my diet is of course not squeky clean as theres only so much you can do with the food here.but i am eating like 5 times a day.as for training im goin 6 days a week with a hi intensity program.3 working sets max. its really working the muscle to fail but i see no gains? :banghead: so i ask what would be so bad about taking a cycle now and going home totaly yoked?

The number one problem that I see is you are working out 6x/week and expecting to see muscle gains. Sorry bro, but you have alot of research to do before you step up to the AAS level of bodybuilding. Do you have a gym around with free weights? I wouldn't waste your money on AAS at this point in time. You need to learn how to workout first.

worknig our 6 days a week will lead to over training..... unless your genetically gift which you aren't or you wouldn't be asking questions on how to grow

you don't gain muscle in the gym you gain it when you are resting. You are breaking your muscle down in the gym. Are you training 1 muscle goup a day? Give us some more details on your training.

You are creating one hell of an imbalance. I see no pulling exercises. That will be a major part of gains stopping. All muscles cimpliment each other. Stronger lats will give you a bigger bench.

yes there are some pulling exercises for example when i do delts ill do bent over rowsas part of them. bicepts is all pull right? mabey im not understanding the question. when i first started that is how i broke down my routene.pushes and pulls but that got alittle weird so i switched it up.ill start with 1 on 1off and see how that works. i know im gonna like it better, well see how the bod likes it. you guys rock and thanks for some advice, alot of people try to bogart the good info and keep it some sort of secret then make you feel stupid for asking questions.not yall :hi:

not 100% sure what shortz was meaning but I think it is that you don't have any back work in there at all. Bent over row is a lat exercise not a shoulder so you do some. I would definetly get some back lifts in there i.e. deads, lat pull downs, wide pull ups, close grip lat pull downs, etc.

i like 2 on 1 off.
Generally back and bi's are pulling while pushing is chest, tri's, and shoulders, though there are pulling exercises for traps.
