I have been working out hard for the past couple of months and really haven't any real results on getting cut or loosing fat. I was wondering what would be a good stack to take for taking off some fat weight and get ripped. I have just changed my diet and want to add something to it also. Any help would be appreciated

lower your grams of fat as much as you possibly can.
do cardio spaced out with your lifting routine.
drink it least a gallon of water.
all those fat burners are a waste of money, buy epehdrine HCL if you want something that works.

Sorry bro,but a couple of months is not long enough to see great results,IMO.

a solid diet is the key, gear is not neccessarily the answer, maybe post you your diet and someone can help you make a few changes or suggestions...
