i wam about to start my first cycle of test enanthate, and was told by a friend to use 250 mg/week. does tthis sound ok? he told me to do it twice a week over ten weeks. also, if someone could tell me about when a good time to add nolva/hcg would be, id appreciate it.

Nolva I would use if I started seeing signs of gyno. Is it also your PCT?

HCG there are 2 common way of using it 250IU 2x a week through week 10 500IU-1000iu ED. I like 250ius x2 throughout

no nolva isnt my pct, but im gonna start to use it when i notice water/bitch tits. so r u saying to use hcg throughout the whole cycle? I had just planned on using it for pct...

The HCG is your choice I actually have done both and it worked well either way. Swales an HRT doc made a post recommending the 250-500ius x2 a week a while back. So I trust his info.
