| tomsizemore once told me that t3 could cause loss of muscle unless u r on test. i was wondering if it is ok to throw in some t3 while on test, or will this mess up the cycle? |

| No that is how most people run it. I haven't actually ran t3 but from what I hear from people that have done it it is overrated on the losing muscle part. |

| It makes sense to run T4 becuase it focuses on Brown Adipose tissue whereas T3 just burns the first available source. I personally wouldn't run T3 without having test in the cycle as well. At least 400mg/week to maintain the muscle that you currently have on you. I ran T3, test prop, and winstrol with great success. I was taking 750mg test P. per week. |

| ok, so u wouldnt sugest it if im only running 250 mg per week |

| at 250mg I would just use some prohormones and get better results at a cheaper price. |
