anyone have or know if there is a posted list of illegal drugs
cause one of my friends said that creatine is illegal and i was baffled they could outlaw a naturally occouring amino acid.?
anyone know anythign about this.

ive only heard that they ban anabolic or androgenic compounds or derivitives im pretty sure creatine is fine, and pretty much anything you can buy at a vitamin store.

no not at all i was just curious cause they were talking about creatine on the radio being illegal in the mlb. and i was like holy shit they might have gone that far.
i mean testing for anabolics is stupid you should be abel to do anythign you want to your body to make it better if you want. i dont complain about those freaks with all the piercings at the mall. i mean if I have a high red meat diet im putting my body at a way more of a risk then someeon who has diet with low amounts of red meat. if thats waht i want to do with my body then gosh darn it i should be able to.

creatine isn't banned as far as I know. I have a friend that plays. ephederine is banned, but M1T wasn't banned last year now I am sure it is. I can ask him and I'm sure he could find out.

yeah everyone has a different opinion but i think the mlbs drug tests are poor and corrupt and something is going to happen soon
