To give you a little history of my friend he is a well know bodybuilder in his state and has had his training paid for(I'm not a name dropper so don't ask). He explained that it was necessary to have a ratio of 60 androgens to 40% anabolics, or maybe it was the other way around. Has anyone heard of this and if so, please do explain...

Funny thing is, androgen means nothing more than that the substance is a male hormone and anablic means muscle building. IMO, the whole charting of androgenic to anabolic is a bit rediculous. They claim they are on one end of the spectrum or the other, but I am still not sure how this could be the case. Hormones are complicated, yet so many talk as if they are simple.

BTW, I talk frequently to a state level competator myself. He actually asks me for my advice from time to time. Just because he has reached that level, doesn't mean he knows everything or does everything 100% correctly.

How can someone say such a generalized statement like this. Pretty sure everyones body reacts differently. That's like saying if 100people have the exact same protein carb fat ratio they will all get the same results.
