Ok, so i've been working out for about 6 years (sometimes more often then others) I'm 19 years old , about 5'9/10 , 150lbs, the thing is that no matter what i do i dont really get much bigger, flexing my bicep is about 12 inches round, i've got pretty well defined muscles but their like..miniature versions of what i want , i've tried eating soy protein , whey protein , creatine , somethin called andro nitrat3 fuel and all kinds of other stuff, but i cant seem to gain weight, so i'm lookin for some recommendations on something to take , i dont know much about steroids, but i've tried everything else people recommend, like eating every few hours and i even tried copying some bodybuilders diets or diets they recommend.. I appreciate any help :D

what do you eat? REALLY, not what you should eat, but what you eat now.

right now my "diet" goes something like this ,

wake up eat a bowl of cereal and a bananna,

take girlfriend to class bout 2 hours later eat some eggs ,

go to my first class , on break about 2 hours later get a 12inch ham/turkey/roast beef sandwich eat half and a couple devilled eggs

go back to class , bout 2 hours later eat second half and an apple

go to second class , 3 1/2 hours later go to deli and get a crab salad and 12 inch steak sandwich , eat half of both and an apple (or some other fruit) ,

bout 2 hours later my gf usually cooks somethin (steak/chicken/seafood etc ) then a little before i go to bed finish the crab salad and sandwich

thats usually how my day goes +/- an hour for time indiscrepencies... thanx for the help

anywayds let's try and improve what ou r currently doing

meal 1 add in a shake or eggs

Meal 2 how many eggs are u eating??

meal 3 -- eat the whole sub bro

meal 4 -- you need ot get osme protien here even a shake and your apple

meal 5 isn't bad bro

Meal 6 - meal 6 sounds liek it sohlud be fine depending on portion size

you also need ot get a post workout shake in there to feed your muscels after you beat them down it should be 50% protien and 50% dextrose AKA corn sugar

i dont think that steroids are the answer.try making the changes smallguy reccomended and stay at it for a while. maybe add some creatine.

Steroids aren't, easy thing to follow (if your not doing this already) eat every two hours even if the food your eating isn't so great.. I went from 150 to 181
