| i know what you're saying and i do train that way.my question is if i add more sets to program or if i drop reps and add more weight.at this moment, for example i do 12 sets for triceps with weight i can barely handle for 7 reps.do i try 20 sets and maybe with a weight i can do for 5 or 6 reps?thx |
