Sustanor or test? which is more effective, Im thinking of doing one of these for my first cycle by itself, what would be good doses? (5'10" 185lbs 10-12%bf all natural) Also would I need to take nolvadex throughout my cycle at the low doses that Id be using? or should I just use it for pct?

Sustanon is test. But keep in mind in order to run it efficiently you need to run it either ED or EOD because of the short acting Propionate...

Test E or Cyp is going to be a 2x a week shot at 250mg/shot. I highly doubt it would be necessary to run Nolva throughout at this dosage. Just wait and see if you are going to need it by checking nipple sensitivity.

yeah it prolly make you a little gay, lol, but on a more important note I still gotta use nolva for pct right?, and should I wait 1 or 2 weeks after my last injection to begin pct since its a long acting ester?

and if i add d-bol on to the cycle for the first 6 weeks then would i have to take nolva during the cycle?

If you add the D'bol, I would keep it close at hand, but again, if you don't get sensitivity, don't take it. You will weaken the effect of the Juice.

Two weeks after last injection to start your CLomid/HCG/Nolva therapy.

would i be ok if i only took clomid and nolva?, im gonna take some tribullus extract too

Personally, I'm not big on Clomid. Get some HCG if you can, you still have plenty of weeks left before it becomes an issue. Clomid has little to no effect on HPTA recovery.

are u supposed to take both clomid and hcg? or is it one or the other?

People do, but I don't even bother with Clomid. Like i said, it has little to no effect.

do u run the standard 4000 iu's every 4th week? or just at the end of cycle?

Every 4th week. I'm on year round
