| so during winter im wanting to stack it on. i have done a cycle of test e which was 500 mg a week 250 mon 250 thursfor 5 weeks then 250mg thought the next 5 i didnt mean to step down but i started before my other shipment got ordered. Now im think of tryin to add deca how does this work when combing both steroids to differnt inj. spots do you mix im lost and it seems if you use differnt prots your hitting the same muscle alot more. im thinking 5oomg of test for 10 weks and im not sure where to start with the deca i thought i read somthing about 8 weeks on it or 5 maybe. as you can see i dont have much knowledge on it yet this is why im here. Maybe you guys have anothe suggestion for a cycle. im 6'1'' 196 pounds and 21 i have a decent diet trying to get my protein up around 400g im about 250 to 300 now and about 12% fat. I also saw such good results from t3 on a mambers pick was thinking of adding it for 5 weeks any input |

| you can go by bodyweight 2mg per pound of bodyweight for deca. so if you're 200 lbs shoot 400mgs weekly. i would read up on the t3 as i don't feel its a beginners drug. you can get great results from the test e and deca stack without t3. just keep the cals lean and you'll be fine. keep in mind as your lean body mass goes up so does your bmr, so you'll burn more fat anyways... |

| so your saying 250mg test monday 250mg deca tuesady 250mg test thursday and 250mg of deca fri. 4 differt inj. spots a week? also since im talkin about inj. do you guy go through the same spot or do you mov just a hair when it comes time to inj in a spot you have like a week before. i figured if you move over a hair it would be better then goin throught scar tissue does this make since ? |

| i would switch it up if your doing that many inj. meaning glut, shoulder, quad. you shouldnt do the same spot in the same week. |
