im coming back from a SLAP lesion tear my shoulder. its been about 7 months since i had the surgery. i did nothing but complain and put on a pouch gut for 2 years until i finally decided to get the surgery. i have been back to working out at least 2 months with no restrictions. i feel pretty good and im getting some size that i didnt have before the injury. i still get some pain, sometimes excruciating pain. especially military press and seated dumbell curls where all the stress is on the shoulders. im only using dumbells for now to prevent further injury. what do you think about using a cycle for repair. i read alot about it but i would like to hear from persona experience. i heard deca would help and then i heard any test will help heal ligaments, tendons and muscle.

Bumpin this thread up to see if anyone can give some input. I have a SLAP tear as well, but debating if I should get surgery or not...weird to say, but I'm starting to get depressed b/c I haven't been able to lift the past 3 weeks.

HGH would be of benefit, but you would have to commit to at least 6 months of therapy to see it.

I know a guy woh used Decca.. eq is suppsoed to be good as well and anavar is suppsoed ot be great for the tendons... but I'm not sure on doseage for repair really I'd let your body recover naturally because when on there is a tendency ot push urself harder andu mghit get hurt even worse

ive posted recently in other threads that i have pain with a measly 15 lb shouler press. its been 1 year since the surgery and 4-5 months of therapy and i still feel it. dont get me wrong, the shoulder feels 95% better during everyday activity but i stll have a small area of motion where it seems to be getting pinched.
