i'm 2 weeks ionto my cycle and i can't look down or up but side to side is ok.i did something to my neck.i'm taking muscle relaxers to try and cyre this problem fast.i'm gonna take a week off from training but i hope to get back to it rael soon.will this hurt my cycle?
