I have heard and read that if you are using 4 or more iu's per day of HGH that you should split the dosage between morning and afternoon, what would be the benefit?

It more closely mimiks the release of naturl GH. Kinda like when you take shots of Juice you want to keep your blood levels steady, same concept except HGH only has a half life of 45 minutes or something like that.

Like I mentioned in another thread on here, it works magic for me going at 10iu/day every 3rd day. This is only the cost of going 3.33iu/day but the results have shown a big difference.

extreme fat loss/muscle gain. But, I like that side. My temples puff up when on HGH, that's the only negative side that I've seen so far, but they go back to normal after coming off a couple weeks.
