hey guys. i just got MONTH CYCLE OF THE TRENBOLONE 100 AND I STARTED IT LAST WEEK. I WAS WONDERIN HOW LONG IT TAKES TILL I WILL START SEEIN RESULTS. well im 19 and im using gear so i cant really tell ya not to use it. if you were going to do a first cycle i would do test 500mg/wk. dont waste your time on winny for your first time. 1st time is always the best!!

i weigh 160 now which is not much of a diff.....i know im not at my natural peek but i need to put on some mass...and i do have a good diet and trainning which helping but its hard for me to put on mass

start pct 3 days after last prop shot

week 20-22 100mg clomid ed
week 23-24 50mg clomid
week 20-22 20mg nolva
week 23-24 10mg nolva
week 20-24 .25mg l-dex

Well first and formost you will not have a good natual base which is really the most important thing..It is all about knowing what you can do natual learning your body doinng the hard work to get there..

If you do that it will show do a search on my handle I have said this so many times it makes me sick..I just posted about this a few days ago in another thread..

Plain and simple you are to young you don;t have much exp in the gym or with eating so doing gear is not the answer...I can promise you if you really try hard for the next 3 years and bust your ass to build your body the best you can natual and keep learing baout gear as you do when you do get o gear it will be that much better..

Go against the grain buddy don;t be a follower of these gutless wannabes who jump on gear before doing the work they are a dime a dozen and 80% big head blowhards so do some reading and try to make the right choice not tryin to hold you back from anything trying to make what you can becomoe that much better...

rather be 245 @ 22% than 160 @ 12% any day bro...WAY EASIER TO CUT 20-30 LBS THAN TRY TO ADD 60 LBS OF MUSCLE! funny how any time i tell you something (even though it is correct) you blow it off and say something about me being fat. my bf is over 20%, but im 1000% ahead of you in this bro.
