| Do you think it would be waste to inject only 300mg/wk of enathate ? I have been reading it might be. I am only looking to gain some strength back but may scrap the gear and go with supplements if its the right choice. I am 31 and lately been noticing just cant sqeeze out as many reps as I did a couple years back, Should I go full throttle with the gear and bump up the dosage ? Or try something else ? dieting is on point, in good shape, I am getting winded before my muscles are done working and got to make some changes. only cycle I did was Deca at age 26. any suggestions? |

| Gear isn't going to help your cardio conditioning well at least not with the gear we use..On a single long ester test 500mg is realy the min you want to do much less then that and your just shutting yoursefl down and giving little back.. I go down to 300mg during my low phases of my cycle but that is for only 2 weeks then it is back up again... |

| Not like you would think raising your cardio conditioning come from training in that aspect..EQ is a blood volumizer so you get better pumps off of it not better cardio now if you were to train cardio wise you would get better benafits b/c of the higher RBC.. |

| Thanks for all the opinions, Think I 'll put gear on hold until I see how I benefit from cardio, That is one think I don"t do enough of, don't know why I didnt think of that. Thanks guys |
