Anyhow, I need to put something together. I will be running some gh here coming up and would like some ideas about cycles. My diet has got me down to 200ish 12%. Now I'm looking to get sub 10 because I plan to possibly do a competition in a few months like August. Anyhow, this is what my diet looks like.

7-8 am Eggs 1 whole, 4 egg whites cooked in 2 tbsp of flaxseed oil

9-10 about a cup of oatmeal and a large glass of milk

11-1pm 2 chicken breasts and a half cup of some sort of rice/ 1 large can of tuna/

2-3 a protein shake with milf I mean milk

5-6 1 chicken breast and a half cup of rice cooked in flaxseed oil

7-8 1 glass of milk

Anyhow, have at it.

How much are you reducing the normal amount of calories that you intake?

Roughly 500 cals

Have you done the formula for your BMR? How many calories is the new diet? What is the protien/carb/fat breakdown? Sounds like you should reduce BF with a LITTLE cardio (20-30) after lifting.

Yea brotha I'm below, I am at a calorie deficit by about 200-300 cals. I'm keeping my protein intake at about 1gm per pound of bw and sometimes going over and sometimes going below but for the most part I stay around it.

hahaha I know. I know. I'm thinking t-3 and clen but I don't know any good doses of t-3

I am just finishing a t4 / Clen cycle of 6 weeks, worked great with a little cardio thrown in. I went with T4 because of its weaker properties than T3 and I was told it burns more fat and less muscle. I took 300 mcg's per day, with ascending and decending dosages (T4). I take all my Clen in the AM, so it wears off by dinner, same with the T4. I read on a website for Thyroid disorders that Thyroxine should be taken the same way everyday, either spread out or all at once.

Is synthroid the same as t4?. How much bf did you lose on that cycle el2?

I am guessing 4-6%, I took it during the last 6 weeks of a "mistake" cycle of EQ/Winnie AND NO TEST! I learned my lesson, I got shut down tighter than a crab's ass (and thats water-proof!) I reduced BF pretty good overall but it has been a bitch getting the "boys" to wake up! I am on a PCT of HCG and Clomid, but it is slowly working out, and I will never do a cycle without test AGAIN!

how long you wanna go? i was thinking of a 10 week cycle of prop/eq/winni for you.

how was the t4/clen? any sides at all? Ive run clen before, but looking to go to t4. im at 22% right now @ 245lbs. when i started I was 28% at 253.5lbs. Thinking I could get down to 15% or so with t4/clen/eca cycle.

No sides from the T4 @ 300mcg's per day for 6 weeks, now the clen is a different story, the typical stuff, muscle cramps, anger, edgy, etc. Taurine helped alot with the clen sides. Together with a proper diet and some cardio I dropped a good amount of BF without losing muscle.

AMR I can make my own cycles but I'm just running prop and EQ right now until I get my GH. For now I'm just trying to perfect my diet.
