I got past the first shot Mon. That was an experience!
Couple of things.
I was really shakey and sweating profusely afterward. Is this normal, or was it just me?
Also, I'm still sore from the shot. It's not as bad, but still a bit sore. Is there anything that I can do to alleviate it?
It was in the right glute, upper quadrant. Test Cyp for 10wks at 500mg/week.

sounds like you were just nervous with the sweating and shaking. to get rid of the pain try massaging it right after and a heating pad on it for a little bit. To be honest the times you'll feel you need that the most it probably won't help. Like the times it feels like you got kicked in the ass by a mule. lol That what most recommend though.

def massage it right away for like 5-10 minuetes.helps me alot.(i make my wife do it)

Sweet. I wish I could make mine do that, but she's a bit to squeeeeemish. At least she's letting me do it! lol
