| I am thinking about placing an order for the liquid DBol and liquid WinniV. With my diet and this stack, do what kind of gains do you all think I could reach. Is this stack even worth buying or not. If not any suggestions are welcomed. Thanks |

| honestly i was just doing some reading on a site that brought the two together up, figured i would ask some ppl with more experience before I put any idea into action. Plus im fairly new to the steriod game so ya kno... anyway any suggestions on a better alternative ? |

| How about tellin us what you do know and a little background on you..Winny is a hardner more of a contest itme unless you plan to get down to 7% bf your not goingto see what it really does for you.. |

| Im 20 years old, 5'9, and about 170 pounds. Lifting for 3 years and the only real supplements i have taken have been cretine and gear cycle. My diet has been around 300 gr. protein a day and try to eat as close to 6 times a day as i can, but usually only get about 4 meals in. I do plan on getting more strict on my diet and getting everything i need as i start this cycle. |

| my goal is to put on 15-20 pounds of lean mass, dont know if its possible for my first cycle but thats my goal. |

| I can see theres room for improvement in your diet. If you eat every 2-2.5 hours, and bump up your caloric intake you will gain. you need to be full all the time. just keep it clean and you wont get fat. For your weight, id start with 3500cal/day with about 400g coming from protein, 300g from carbs and the rest from good fats. Try that for a while b4 resorting to gear. |
