hello, im 19 yrs old, 6'0 190 lbs ive been a toothpick my whole life and over the past year ive put on 30 lbs and am just starting to fill out but mostly im just getting a beer belly. so the first step is im done drinking, im out of high school now so im done with the partying. ive been researching steroids for a long time now and feel im ready to start using them but i need a little help. i believe Dianabol is the best steroid for me, i want to bulk up some more while im working out. but i only want to take them for a few cycles and then be over and done with it, just enough to get some more muscle. THE IMPORTANT THING IS when i quit using them, i want to retain as much muscle as I can, what else can i take with dbol to retain muscle??? also im taking the dbol thai anabol. THANK YOU for any help you can give me, i really appreciate it so i dont waste my time and money and quite possibly dont screw my body up.

Well, you're not going to like my answer, but at 19, I don't think you should be messing with AS yet. If you think you know alot about gear, think again. You don't know as much as you think. I suggest you hang around and learn more. We have a wealth of knowledge available here and can answer many of your questions.

i figured someone would say that but you dont understand, i need it. i wouldnt take such a risk if i really didnt need it. if you dont think i should use that, then can you tell me of something i can take that will help me thats not as detremental to my growth? ive tried creatrine for years and when i came off i lost everything, which was little to begin with. ive tried 19 norandrostediol 4 and all the protein gnc crap. please help me i need something.

Well, gains are totally dependant on diet, training and rest. Tell us about each of these. Maybe we can help in many other ways. Also, to say you need something is a very bold statement. How do you think people train natually their whole lives?

Tell us why you think that you "need it" at 19 you have in no way reached your growth potential... if you are not getting the gains that you would like then look at the things shortz mentioned, they are the most important things in the growth formula. if you are not seeing good gains in the gym it is user error 95% of the time. Please outline your diet, training, and overall daily schedule so that we can help you better.

Just to mention, the reason why all of this is important is because if these things are not in order, then steroids may not help you either and you WILL lose it if you can't keep the diet correct.

well to start off i gotto be honest and say i havent been in the gym in about a year. my diet was basic, bout 3000-3500 calories a day, lot of cereal and deli subs, a few candy bars here and there. i lifted for 3 years. 4 days a week every other day. i was always thin pretty cut, very strong for my size, i had skinny arms but i could always beat people much bigger then me in lifting or arm wrestling anything like that. the past year i just gave up. i "was" in college and had less time and it was getting me nowhere. im starting my diet up again taking my protein shakes too. going to work out monday nights, wedsday nights, thursday nights, and satday noon. so i hope this helps you be able to help me. thanks again

Ok, here's a start... 1. Forget the DBol, think about it again in a couple of years. I know that isn't what you wanted to hear but too bad. You'll probably go there anyway no matter what we say. But if you WAIT it will be a much more rewarding experience. I cycled first when I was 23 and I STILL think I should have waited. 2. Durabolin posted a good starter workout. I know you may have trained before but think of this as a new beginning and you have to build your base again. Here it is Train mon wed fri. alternate between workout 1 and 2 workout 1: bench press squat barbell rows stiff leg deadlifts upright rows close grip bench press barbell curls Ab work for a strong core - decline sit ups Workout 2 Dips Deadlift Hamstring curls chin ups military press EZ bar curls Overhead tricep extensions again ab work - hanging leg raises 2-3 warm up sets, 3-4 work sets. If you are just starting out 10-12 reps gradually increasing the effort over a few weeks until you are within a rep of failure so always keep good form You can see that it focuses on the basic, compound, foundation building movements. Rows, Presses, Curls etc... Diet, there is nothing wrong with the 3500 cals a day its what you are getting it from. That amount should be plenty to support your daily level of activity plus allow extra for gains. Your diet should be comprised of mainly whole, unprocessed foods (no deli subs or refined sugars) and use shakes when necessary. Shoot for 1.5 - 2.0g of protien per lb of bodyweight (NOT lean muscle mass). Keep the fats and carbs to a moderate level. Also add cardio about 3 times a week for about 40 minutes at a time. I think this much cardio and good workouts, combined with the diet will help you lose that belly and slap on some muscle. At 6'0'' and 190lbs you are probably pretty uh, ah... slim... and maybe tend towards ectomorphism But as usual, that's just my :2cents:

I will stick to my guns on this so here's what I recommend that you take. Weeks 1 - 4 400mg of Sweat in the Gym/day 500mg of Proper Diet/day 500mg of Rest/day 20mg Caffine b4 3 workouts a week switching workouts weekly. 3 40 minute cardio sessions per week Weeks 5 - 12 400mg of Sweat in the Gym/day 500mg of Proper Diet/day 500mg of Rest/day 15mg Creatine/day 20mg Glutamine/day 3 40 minute cardio sessions per week If you have not seen improvements in 12 weeks rethink things a bit. Drink tons of water throughout.
