| hello again., i just have another queswtion im beginning my workouts again, ive decided to holdback on the anabolics for now but i have a question. is there any over the counter product any of you would suggest besides creatine? something thatll bulk me up and get me cut? thanks again guys |

| Bulking and cutting are two different things. In order to bulk up, you must gain weight and some fat, in order to cut, you need to lose fat. All I use is whey protien, a good multi vitamin, lots of food and when I am dieting, on ocassions when I need energy, caffiene. |

| I think that I have tried most of everything out there and here is my list of things that I think work... Whey Protien Creatine Glutamine BCAA ZMA A Good Stimulant (not for everyone though but this is MY list) Multivit I also have a bottle of NP2 in the closet but I am not convinced enough to try it yet. Glad to hear your decision on the bolics... If you want to bulk then eat... eat as clean as you can but eat, and train hard. Once you have finished a bulk then cut up a bit. (note... you do NOT bulk until you think that you have gained enough. Bulk for a couple of months then clean it up... then repeat. IF you let yourself go too far you'll kick yourself in the ass, let me rephrase, you'll kick yourself in the FAT ass for what you have done to yourself) It is VERY hard to recover when you tried to bulk and have succeeded in making yourself fat... trust me... I know from experience. |

Therefore, would it be best to not work out as much. Lets say, 2-3 times a week, rather than 4-5 times a week? I guess it all depends....... |

| Well, it goes both ways. Resting prevents as many cals from being burned. So, it makes it easier to bulk. On the other hand, when cutting, rest is more important because you don't want to make the environment anymore catabolic than you have already made it. Point is, rest as much as possible no matter what. 3 days a week is great. 4 only if you have to. |

| Zinc and Magnesium have been shown in clinical trials to boost natural testosterone. To be honest, I have seen more test that show that Zinc did most of the work...magnesium is just added so you think you're getting more out of it. LOL But hey, so does sex, cold showers, weight lifting, late stages of sleep....Speaking of sleep, they say that ZMA helps you sleep better too. |

| From what I have seen ZMA gets you into REM sleep faster and keeps you there longer. Hence you heal faster. I found waking up in the morning to be a bit of an issue though. But then again, I always do... |

| HMMM that sounds pretty good to me, is it an over the counter product? and what does the BCAA do/ also have any of you guys tried Nitro-Tech or Hydroxicut? if so hows that? |

| Yes, ZMA can be bought at any supplement store, a worthwhile investment. Hydroxicut blows IMHO. If you want to take a weightloss/stimulant stack stick to ECA (ephedrine/caffinee/asprin). Nitrotech is supposedly a good supplement and helps you maintain a positive nitrogen balance inyour system which inturn creates a more anabolic environment. Is it worth the money? I dont think so but hey, that's just me. |

| I thought that Hydroxcut used to contain ephedrine. If it did, it probably wasn't bad. But now, almost all diet pills are stimulant free. |

| Correct, they actually contained ephedra. Which is the plant alkoloid that ephedrine is refined from. |

| Well ive done a little research and Im definetly gonna go with ZMA, can you guys suggest a specific brand of it for me? theres so many. Also is there anything else I can take with the ZMA to increase results? and lastly whats the best dosage to take of this? I read the pills have Vitamin b-6 = 11mg, magnesium = 450 mg, zinc = 30 mg How much can I take, obviously the largest amount without killing myself? |
