| Hi guys I'm a 20y/o type1 diabetic hard-gainer, I was wondering if you guys had any tips on how I can build muscle mass quickly. I am 5'7" 140lbs, I'd like to put on about 20-25pounds in the near future, roids are not out of the question, I just need help with which one(s) diet advice, and any work out tips, I know I've just asked alot, but I'd really appreciate any and all help thanks guys. | it all comes down ot deit and trianing you gotta eat to gro. start off with 1.5 grams per lb of body weight 20% of your totla cals for fats rest should be carbs in your case start with about 3000 calories a day post your workouts and we cna look at those too |
