Hi guys I'm a 20y/o type1 diabetic hard-gainer, I was wondering if you guys had any tips on how I can build muscle mass quickly. I am 5'7" 140lbs, I'd like to put on about 20-25pounds in the near future, roids are not out of the question, I just need help with which one(s) diet advice, and any work out tips, I know I've just asked alot, but I'd really appreciate any and all help thanks guys. PM if preferred, but I'll check this thread daily

it all comes down ot deit and trianing you gotta eat to gro.

start off with 1.5 grams per lb of body weight

20% of your totla cals for fats

rest should be carbs

in your case start with about 3000 calories a day

post your workouts and we cna look at those too
