I have used the eca stack before with great results... i use ephedra tablets with aspirin and than drink coffee for the caffeine.. what is the difference between taking it this way and taking it as a combo liquid.. i was wondering if it is better... if i wanted to take the liquid version how do i go about measuring it? Curious... thanks for any info...

Probably the dosage in the aspirin and caffeine, not much in the way of a real difference I guess because the real ingredient here is Ephedra anyway.

If you didn't recieve instructions with the liquid, you have to go with the strength to volume ratio, if you don't know that then you will have to guess.
