been injecting three weeks now. different spot each time. just did my thigh thursday. can barely walk sat. ive had muscle trauma befor. will it happen everytime. or do ur sites get used to it? or does muscle mesagers really make a difference? thanks if u got input

i always massage the muscle for 10 mins after shot then put a heating pad on for 20 mns.if it still hurts in that muscle i cut it with strile grapeseed oil for the next shot

it is problaby fork one of 2 tihngs or even both

1 -high Ba in the gear some people do onyt hnadle hither amount of BA (it is used to keep bacteria at bay)

2. poor injection tecnique if your shakyt you cause trama to the muscle.

but I'd definately try masaging the area see if it helps as your technique will get better with time.

Yeah, I would guess Prop but then again it could be technique like you said.
