I wanted to know everyones experience with different anti-e's I have used a few like the typical nolva and arimidex but I'm looking at something that will not hinder gains. Any ideas? I'm loooking for pure experience please not "I read on another board...."

Unless you get crazy bloat and gyno there is really no need to use anything other then nolva and arima unless you are getting ready for a contest and need to shut down your estro b/c you were lazy on your diet..

Nolva IMO is the king been around for ever and does a good job without effecting your cycle..As I have said amny many times don't use AE unless you show signs of gyno then use them smart to many guy use them all the time and in to high of a dose..I recall when arima first came out supposedly you use something like .5mg per 1500mgs of test?? Dumbass dose I have had guys on .25-.5mgs EOD day on 2g a week and do jst fine..More is not better with AE you want to use the samllest dose possible.

I only use AE such as nolva and arima in the last 3 weeks or so of a show..Other then that none of it I belive as you see how your body reacts and you train and eat right you can handle higher doses of gear and not worry about conversion..Placebo effect I see some guys get so freaked about gyno I think they give themselves signs..

I get these fat depoists under my pec and it appear to be gyno. Its not out of control but sometimes it seems bigger then it is probably. Also, I only use them eod or as needed.

I had an issue with this myself and Nolva did not seem to work for me so I tried letrozole and got very good results

haha. storm hates anything that could hinder growth! i know exactly what he means though. i know guys who take just dianabol at30mgED and insist on takin nolvadex EOD at probably doses way higher than they would need if they actually shown signs of gyno! greg you didnt think nolva worked? not questioning it but nolva's said to be pretty damn good bro. but i understand why you said it as its quite valid to the thread :)

well you can't compare nolva to letro they are not the same thing..
