| ive heard alot about when you're on gear your body's able to use more protein. for example if your body could take 50g of protein per serving, if you're on a course of test, would you be able to have more then that? or is the body simply more efficeint as to how it uses the 50g? |

| diet sohuld be the same while on or off gear... protein synthesis is incresaed while on gear... |

| There is no good avg for anyone since everyoen is dif on how they process protein..3x is when it is at the highest breakfast post workot and the meal after your post workot meal. I tend to try to get more in on those meals but figuring out what is best for you is the key. |
