Lets start from the beginning. I work 12hours at night in 110 degree heat in a Alluminium mill. Well I got home, took a shower and decided to poke. Well as I was going into my quad My muscle wasn't to happy with this. It wouldn't stop twitching and hurt like shit. I read on a thread this happened to someone else. Now I know what they were talking about. This sucked,had to shoot in the glute. I think my muscles were to tired and I was dehydrated from work.Note to self:Never do this again.

happened to me,i just pull out and poke another spot in quad

I couldn't put it back in my quad, I had to go in the rear. I hate that though, It's so hard to reach around. I can only get it on my right glute, I can't position myself good enough to get it in my left.

Lol. same thing happend to me. I now take all my pokes in my bathroom and run hot water over my quad to help relax and help the nerve endings in my quad. This worked like a champ

if you have quads like I do tight muscle where you can't pinch anything, it sucks , I do not put any fat on my legs just around my stomach area, so the needle in the quad is out for me, alternate glutes
