| Ive heard mixed review on taking these two together. Some say that creatine helps gains while on anavar others say it doesn't do shit. From all that I've gathered, im thinking that since anavar helps the body with creatine phosphate, having more monohydrate available for the body can't hurt. I was thinking of running 8 grams of Creatine Ethyl Ester with 50mg ed var. Anybody have any thoughts on the correalation between var and creatine? |

| you're talking about the esterfied creatine? whats up with the dosage on that stuff. ive always ran 10 grams of mono. 5 before and 5 after, but with esterfied, ive been seeing that 5 grams per day is more average... |

| This doesn't make any sense to me. Why bother splitting it? It seems like it would be analogous to taking test e. every day (obviosuly creatine is way less effective). You don't burn the creatine monohydrate, you burn creatine phos-something or another. You supplement creatine so that there is a large enough creatine supply available during free creatine to phosphocreatine conversion times (i.e. during muscle recovery) so that the cell is super-saturated with free creatine and replaces the free creatine immediately, maintaining saturation. My guess is that ethyl creatine is fine (its just a different binder), but the studies are only conducted with monohydrate, rahter than the esther. So you aren't exactly certain what you're getting. |

| from what i understand, thats the benefit to anavar is that is does a great job, in fact better than other steroids at converting creatine to ATP. Supposedly, the difference between esterfied and mono is the body's ability to convert the creatine into atp. From what Ive read, the body only uses a very small portion of the mono and the rest stays outside the cell wall (thats why mono bloats you) with the esterfied, it supposed to be much more efficient meaning you have to use less overall because the body is able to use a higher percentage of what you ingest. |

| I'd like to see a link to that. I agree that very little creatine is absorbed into the muscle, but I thought that's just the nature of free creatine -- and why loading can shorten the supersaturation period from a month to just a few days. Creatine monohydrate is converted to free creatine before being absorbed into the body. I would think the esther has to be converted into free creatine by the liver also. |

| 5-6g is the usual dosage.. quite a bit less than mono.. I think creatine is great to have in almost anything.. i mean. Its proven to WORK.. cant hurt much... I would use it on cycle as well as PCT -Shutta |

| Interesting link, thanks. Note that the article states only that bloat should be reduced, no claim of better creatine effects, only a reduction in annoying side effects. I don't bloat particularly on 3-5g of creatine, personally. But if you have a problem with that, then this may be a great thing to try. |

| In my opinion, creatine is useless if you are using any kind of gear. It might give you more water retentoin more than anything else. Just stick to Anavar. To get the most out of it use anavar in a higher dosage. Keep in mind that it can be stacked with something else, like Test for example. But thats just my opinion |
