ok. here it is. would it be preferred to run var at 50mg ed for 7 weeks or 6 weeks at 60mg ed?

why only monday-saturday? only on training days? or just to let the body have a day of rest.

Just giving it one day rest..IMO if that one day is going to break me then so be it..I don;t take shots or orals on sunday always have..Consideirng half lifes etc one day isn't going to do shit but help my liver and give my body at least a little break.

I can see not doing injects on sunday and agree with the half lives reasoning on that one. But anavar has a half life of 9 hours, so missing a day will deplete blood levels of the hormone. I guess it works for you, but ill just stick to ed...thanks for your input on the original question.

Well god doesn't rule my world I do..Yes half life withstadning I still like to have that one day of no orals or inj..1 day with such a short ester isn;t going to make a dif but ti will give your liver a break for one day..Aagin just a day of nothing which is nice.
