when using tribulus as part of pct(in addition to clomid and nolva/hcg)do i take all the caps at once or spread em evenly thruout the day?don't the halflife of these.thx

Yea once is fine I usualy take them inthe AM iwth breakfast then PM with dinner. take the whole bottle within 10 days.

its not neccesary at all, but it helps

i know a lot of people that did 4 pills the first week, 3,2,2, for the last 3.

You can only fool your hypothalmus for 10-14 days so I say take the whole bottle in 10 days always worked well for me and the guys who I told to do it..

i figured i'd take it 14 days then take a week off and another 14 days.cycle it like that
