Hi,first of all , im taking it couse i helps me recover more strength and it rips bethers my muscles, second of all i made that decision couse i have a friend that owns a pharmacy , and he sells the products and he knows a lot of this , he told me what should i do , when, and how much, iv been seeing results, but i need to know what to eat, i meen , he told me a lot of things , but im looking for a second opinion, what has lots of protein and what has calories, plz help me out .

Drop the Winstrol, if you must take something look into either Anavar or Primobolan or both. I don't think you need steroids to acheive your goal, however. I honestly think you are going to be wasting your money. Food intake... I"m guessing you're in Mexico... If that's the case, get a ton of meat, eat it every day, every meal with some veggies of some sort. Eat a serving of rice with each meal. Keep it simple.

Again, my professional advice is to stop taking Winstrol and read as much as you can on the subject of bodybuilding both on this board and in any book you can get your hands on, then in 6 months or so, you won't have to come on this board asking questions like this.

I seriously want to be your friend. I'm guessing steroids are legal in your country?

Hi , i live in the dominican republic, im going to stop taking winstrol, its been a living hell since im taking it, to much pain , and fever, dont know why, what do u recomend me to do ?

if you insist on taking steroids go with some test cyp for 10 weeks at 500mg/wk. come off with clomid and hcg.
