| i got my bf% tested and im 15%. im a fatty so i broke out the rainy day clen. im going 2 weeks on 2 off. starting at 50mcg for the first few days. whats a good dosage to work up to? im also doing 20minutes of cardio 3 times a week. gotta get to 10%!! cleaned up my diet also, no more gainer shakes :( |

| i work up to 120-140 mcg. im not very sensitive to it. i barely feel anything less than 100mcg. take some taurine though, because i have gotten some crazy cramps in the wierdest places using clen. 3-4g daily seems to work well. |

| i was coughing and got a major cramp on both sides of my stomach. after reading about it im wondering if this is any better than ECA. im 15% and want to get to 10%. very clean diet and cardio 3 times a week for 20minutes. will the clen help? |

| I would never use ECA, there are studies out there showing your body will burn up lean mass on ECA. As for the clen figure out what your body can handle, the most I ever did was 7 20mcg tabs, and I couldn't even hold onto a pen a work to write anything. The shit is crazy but I lost a shitload of fat in a month. In the regards of 2 weeks on/2 off, I got this info from a source on the net saying otherwise. "i know im contradicting paul here.. theres many articles which claim you should take clen for only 2 weeks as your receptors in your blood get desensitised to it... this in fact is not true... your body gets used to the side effects of clen but only slightly gets desensitised to the fat burning properties of it... this view comes from personal experience of my self and others and ive also read as such witten by chad nicholls who is "nutrition" advisor to ronnie coleman! in reality you can run it for say 8-10 weeks straight at 2-5 tabs a day - more if you can cope with sides! (take all tabs at once). then you need a good say 5 weeks off of it at least!" This came from a good friend of mine on another bodybuilding forum. |

| Worked for me, but a month of it was all I could handle, still have a butt load of tabs, don't know if I wanna go on it for a long time, oh well never know when you wanna do some cutting. |

| Just out of curiousity what were the side effects you experienced with clen? Also is this something you don't want showing up in a drug test or is it cool? |

| so far i've had a horrible headache. some of due to the fact that i was rear ended and have a chronic injury! and i need to get some taurine cuz im crampin like a mofo in my hands and sides. other than that i feel real good at the gym. got in a really good lift with back and traps today. |

| don't take the clen right before you workout. ive noticed it hurts my workouts a bit. i always get cramps in my face/neck/throat on clen. you can take benedryl and take the clen for much longer than 2 weeks on 2 off. some have ran it 30+ days using benedryl with it. are you on now dex? if you consider using t3 with it. it will work wonders burning fat... |

| The worst for me were the shakes, and I found about mid-afternoon I was just bagged, couldn't keep my eyes open. For sure don't take before you work out, will just mess you up!!!! |

| i didnt take it before i worked out, just took 50mcg in the morning. my hands cramped up doing back. must have been from the deadlifts cuz after that i couldnt barley do any lat pulldowns. not using T3, just doing cardio and i have a really strict diet. just lookin to shed 5%bf. how will benedryl help? |

| Yeah I think you'll be fine, I went from 19% bodyfat to 10.2% with just diet and cardio. I was just considering clen to help me get into single digits cause I'm getting tired of waiting. |

| benedryl keeps the receptors from downregulating thus allowing you to use the clen for longer periods. |
