| The body adapts to clen very quickly. It can only be taken for a couple weeks or less and doses must be taken to extremes, well, that what it is intended for in the medical field. Clen burns cals all by itself to. I was thinking, that maybe trying it a new way to see how results would be. I propose that I can still lose weight on clen if I take it only on days that I don't lift. This way, I am burning several cals on resting days. I lift 3 days a week, so I figur I could take it 3-4 days a week. With the days off of the clen, it should prevent my body of adapting, correct? The reason I am wanting to try this is because even though I have a low caloric intake, I am gaining back the weight that I lost from the previous weeks. I was down 7lbs total in two weeks, but I am back up by 5lbs. Yes, my metabolism is VERY slow. You may think that's good for gaining weight, but it's not. It all goes to fat. What do you guys think? I will be doing it for the next 4 weeks and will give you an update then. I am also hoping that by keeping doses down it will help prevent headaches. |

| Bro it was used 2 days on 2 off for a long time. I say go for it and see how it works. Why is ur metabolism crashing? are you on test with alot of bloat? estrogen is murder on body comp |

| I think it's just age. When I started lifting, my BF went up, but it went up gradually. The longer I was lifting and eating like I am, the easier it became to gain fat. It wouldn't be bad if this damn gut didn't get so big. It's a struggle to keep it from sticking out further than my chest. |

| Are you doing cardio when gaining mass? sounds like you should do. Also try ALA. Keep the BF in check and add more more muscle on cycle and that will sort out your metabolism off cycle, espcially if you do a littl cardio with the new LBM youve added |

| This should not be a problem if someone want extend Clen cycle to 6 or even more weeks at a time. In that case just add ketotifen ~2-3g/day. More Ketotifen is not needed because it could incrase hunger what we do not want while dieting. ;) |

| Being a constant dieter myself, I've tried several things and fat burners, and what I've found to be very good so far is 2 days of clen@140mcg's (for me anyway) then 4 days of ECA and 1 day of nothing then start again. I've found this method to be quite effective and my body doesn't seem to have time to really adapt to either (clen or ECA) |
