| Well, the Eq is hitting me now and I can't eat enough. It is a weird feeling because I feel like I'm full, then I start getting hunger cramps again, even though I am full. :screwy: Second, I am having some complicatiosn while doing incline presses. I use DBs, so that isn't the problem. My shoulders are getting pretty burned out before my chest does. It's pretty nerve racking. Do you guys think I should bring the incline down one notch to take some stress off shoulders? I am getting more sore from inclines than I do from a shoulder routine. :mad: Lastely, I am taking clen on and off. The cramps are pretty bad. I even had to pause a couple times in the middle of boinkin' the wife to work out a bad cramp. :ohcrap: Of course, we were in an odd sort of position. :thumbs: |

| my shoulders get real sore from working inlince to and i put the notch on th elowest it allows for incline but recently ive changed the angle i push up the bar or dumbells on and it seems to work but i have to use less weight because im not using my shopulders at all it feels like. its kinda hard to explain but instead of going straight out wit da weight i push it more towrwards my headso u have to angle ure elbows out in front of u more if understand what im trying to say lol try it it worked for me |

| I hear ya on that one... the calve cramps got so bad I had to stop using clen forever... ECA and T3 all the way now. Try lowering the bench angle to 30 or 35 degrees. Takes a lot of the shoulder out of it. |

| When I was 'young' I had almost every night really long cramps in my calves so the doctor gave me a 2-month cycle of iron, it were just the standard pills, one every morning. And since then I never had a damn cramp in my calves again. lol |
