cheque drops not sure that I spelled that right, but was curious to no a little bit about these,.. what do they do to blood pressure, what are the side effects and what are they going to do to a person, are they worth using

This is definetly not a starter drug. Many people in the game for year have never used them. That being said it is the most liver toxic chemical I know of out there and can cause aggression. It is rumored that tyson was on them when the hollyfield ear thing happend. Not sure if it's true. Many contact athletes i.e. boxing, martial arts mma fighters use it. Unless you are a serious vet in those sport I wouldn't try it. Just my opinion. don't have too much on it because I've never considered it.

yeah I mean I've heard the tyson story and that it can cause aggression, and that it's very liver toxic, this I am told has a form of test mixed with it making it less liver toxic and more tolerable, I don't really no though that's why I want to hear as many opinions as I can

No you aren't going to make it any less liver toxic by mixing in test. I advise you to stay away unless you have a ton of research under your belt, and get blood work done regularly.

what's your cycle history and stats?

No need to use cheque drops IMO. Theres plenty of AAS out there that work just fine.

bump estray. and jc...what are your goals, stats, training exp and diet? those are the key things we need in order to help you with AAS bro.

I don't think you know enough about training your body and fueling it with diet to grow/strength gain, master these two and in time AAS may be your answer

IMO there is no need for them unless you are a fighter, or going to do a pling contest. They can only be used for a short period of time and very expensive. Often they are not even real, because they are very hard to find.

I don't think you know enough about training your body and fueling it with diet to grow/strength gain, master these two and in time AAS may be your answer this is a funny line there canilbalistic since you no me and all,.. I don't no about gear but I do no how to train and diet, and it's never been an issue with gaining size I was just looking for something to give me an edge, I've trained consistantly for the past 10 years I do have a little bf to trim but all and all I wouldn't say that I am that bad I fluck between 275 and 285 at around 15-20 % bf depending on seriousness at that time,.. for the past 2 years I have done a 6 day split one muscle group once a day with 5-7 different excersises a body part,.gonna go to a 4 day combining chest and tris, back and bi's, shoulders and thighs, hams and calve and continue to do core everyother day Monday chest, incline bench, flat dumbbell, dips and 2 different variations on flys, and sometimes pushups till failure Tuesday back,.machine rows as heavy as I can, lat pull downs to the front, bent over rows, dumbbell rows, t-bar rows, hyperextensions, good morning sweeps, wrack lifts, choose between the last two depending on how I feel Wednesday,. Bi', straight bar curls, preacher curls, dumbbell curls making sure ther inside of the dumbbell touchs my shoulder to make it a wide curl, hammer curls or reverse grip curls, and to burn the out at the end incline bench dumbbell Thursday,. shoulders, wide grip upright rows, seated side lateral raises, seated presses or military machine presses, fly machine backwards for my rear delts Friday,. triceps,. skull crushers, cable pressdowns, kickbacks, close grip bench, bench dips with an extra 90-135 in my lap Saturday,. Squats, leg presses, leg curls, donkey calf raises, calf machine, stiff legged deadlifts, machine ham curls everyother day I do core excer. and 30 minutes cardio everyday

well from that routine, id say you need to try to get more rest. especially after that "killer" bicep routine...you do 5 different exercises (let me count them out for you...1)straight bar curls 2)preacher curls, 3)dumbbell curls 4)hammer curls or reverse grip curls 5)incline bench dumbbell ) so figuring you do 3 sets of each exercise, you do 15 sets of curls...thats overtraining bro. Unless you're on growth and AAS and that still would be pushing it IMHO.

I really dont feel like I am overtraining anything I am just doing what I found out works for me,.. I like to train each muscle group untill it feels like I have a heating pad on that particular area
posted by LukeVTS
How do you know what feels right? I would definately consider that over training. If you have never used AAS before i would strongly reccomend you stay away from cheque drops. They are not what you need, they have a very specific market, and you dont fit in it. How old are you?

wel I've already made up my mind that I'm not gonna mess with them, I mean they really don't sound like the kinda thing to make ya live long, I'm 23, and I mean I quess I don't no what is "right" or "wrong" I just no that what I have done in the past and now has gotten me better results then I have ever had, I mean I used to split everything up like two muscle groups a day 3 days a week. but it got to the point where i was spending three or more hours lifting a session cause I kep adding things to me routine, I don't like to do 2 or 3 major things to hit the groups I want to hit every muscle major and minor in my body and defin everyone, which is why I went into so much detail getting to the point where I would do 40 some different lifts in a week
