| Im 20 5'11 150lbs (fairly cut) Putting HARD work in at the gym for 2 years. Started my first cycle 4 days ago. Started with 1 a day to see how i felt on it, then went up to the recommended 2 a day. The sides i have noticed (increased tiredness, headache once in a while, and i have been eating a heck of a lot more lately) Does anyone have any reccomendations for me while taking this. I NEED TO GAIN WEIGHT. |

| Keep eating like crazy bro.Sides from M1T is increased tiredness(legarthy)I hope you read up on it before starting it.Do you have your liver protection and Anti-es just in case?Either way,you're here to learn..........and welcome to BBF. |
