I hope those lift numbers are for reps.

Bench is low for his size but squats and deads are decent but running a sub 5 second 40 at 6'3" 280 is more impressive to me.

Thats sick right there! Mcstatefan, your numbers, which im assuming are max numbers, are right there with the top draft prospects this year but im sure you already know that. Good job. What position are you? Im guessing DE or TE based on your size.

It means what is said..For your size and what your saying you can do especially in the 40 those nmbers you put up are good if you are doing them for at least triples except for the power clean..Not tryin to down you but those are not good lifts if you doing them for singles considering your size and ability.. If your paying ball then what are your reps with 225 I know they love that lift for some reason.

Based on the NFL scouting reports, hes right in the middle of the pack for his size which puts him in a very small percentile of D1 players.

wiat until your your S & C (strength and conditioning) coach gets a hold of you... you will get very strong and and drop bf. I guarentee it. NOt to mention that if you have signed with M St, like your SN suggests, you will be on one of the top meal programs a guy could ask for. Put in the work your first two years, 3 if you are redshirting, and then think of aas if you are going to be able to turn pro. At that point i believe AAS could mean the difference between a 2nd and 3rd round pick...meaning a lot of $....

Agree with amer 100% on the AAS advice. Taking it now could stunt your growth and that would definetly not help you.
