I have a friend I work with....
He's about to go to spring break in FL. and wants to shred up. He has 40mg tabs of lasix and wants to know how to use them.
He would also like to know what type of diet he should be on while taking them. He's 21, 5'8, 185lbs, between 8-9%bf, training for about 5 years.

I gave him some do's and don'ts, but any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all. Keep on keeping on!

Tell your friend he is messing with the most dangerous diuretic out thre and he does not need to take it..The tabs especialy are the worst as there is no way to time them right..I am being dead serious if he takes them and does it wrong and deosnt have enough potassim he can **** himsefl up realy good sicne he will be at the beach (hot) and drinling most likey so dehaydration will come quick so will the craps and maybe even a heart seizure.

He is an idiot to even buy them..Tell him if he wants to possible save his own life to go online and get some sort of water shed tabs like taraxatone..I know what I am talking baout so do your buddy a favor and have him thow those tabs of lasix away.

Any fat burner you carry up to the show coming off can cause a rebound in water..Halo and winny can be run up to the show.

^^^^^bump^^^^^... dude my mom takes lasix for congestive heart faliure and has to take horse pills of potasium just to balance things out. Your buddy would have to run around like george of the jungle with about 800 bannanas just to keep from croaking.:screwy:

i think SAN makes something called Shredded. personaly i wouldnt lose my water for a day or two to look "shredded" tell him to do some cardio and keep a low calorie diet
